What We Do

Hearts in the Right Place provides obedience and adverse behavior training to puppies and dogs by using positive reinforcement techniques. In addition to training, we also pre-adoption counseling, puppy boarding,  leash training and more!

We work with individuals and families who wish to improve the relationship they have with their dogs through training and setting boundries for them.  Through positive reinforcement, Hearts in the Right Place can teach you the tools you need to become the best canine parent you can be.

We also provide canine placement services for people who want to adopt either a specific breed or are unsure about which type of dog is the best fit for them.  1 out of every 4 shelter dogs is a purebred, so it IS possible to get the breed you want and still rescue a homeless pet!

"Ms. Bean" is, a 10-11 year old, blind female Italian Greyhound who is just about as sweet as they come....she's looking for a very special, quiet home to call her own. I am currently fostering her.
